3. *Shipping Time:* Delivery within the Philippines  typically takes 5–12 business days depending on location. International shipping times may vary.  
4. *Shipping Costs:* Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.  
5. *Tracking:* Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.  
6. *Lost or Damaged Packages:* If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us at support@fluppybuddy.com and we will assist promptly.
