Refund Policy

At FluppyBuddy, we want you and your furry friends to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. *Refund Window:* You can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. 
  2. FluppyBuddy will make a Refund, Resend, or Accept the Return for the following cases:delayed orders; lost packages;damaged/wrong/missing products;destination countries limitations;shipping methods limitations.
  3. *Product Condition:* Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.  
  4.  *How to Request a Refund:*  
       - Email us at support@fluppybuddy.com with your order number and reason for return.  
       - Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.  
  5.  *Refund Method:* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.
  6. *Non-Refundable Items:* Personalized or custom orders cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged.  
  7. *Shipping Costs:* Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
